Good morning my friends!
I started today out with stretching and Dynamic Tension before breakfast. No walking for now. This afternoon Toni will be here for my weekly stretching and massage. I've decide to include the Dynamic Tension exercises when it falls on Thursday the day Toni comes to perform her magic. What harm can it do? Have a great day! |
